NOAH Program 

Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is comprised of two multi-service health clinics that provide integrated primary care services. These services include preventative medical care, vaccinations, and oral health services. Medical services are provided to uninsured and AHCCS Mercy care children and adults. Dental services are provided to uninsured and AHCCS Mercy care children under the age of 21. Patient eligibility is based on financial status. The NOAH program Palomino Clinic is located in Northeast Phoenix while the NOAH Paiute clinic is located in South Scottsdale.
