Clinical Rotations

Clinical Rotations is an individually customized trauma care course composed of a one-day orientation and assessment followed by clinical experiences. Military physicians, PAs, nurses and medical technicians who have the necessary qualifications are able to return to Scottsdale Healthcare to participate in continuing clinical experiences under Scottsdale Healthcare preceptors.

The rotations are customized to meet the needs of each program participant. The assessment determines the capability level of each participant to enable Scottsdale Healthcare to provide the most rewarding experiences possible. Areas include trauma, burn, EMS ride along, intensive care unit, orthopedics, wound care, pediatric trauma and operating room experiences.
