Application Info

Applications to the Scottsdale Healthcare Family Medicine Residency Program require:
  • Applications are only accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). The ERAS website address is www.aamc.org
  • Participation with the National Resident Matching Program
  • Current enrollment in a medical school or a residency program or
  • Active engagement in the clinical practice of medicine within the past 12 months (research and/or observerships do not qualify)
  • Passing of Board examinations (no more than 2 attempts on any USMLE or COMLEX exam)
  • We do not currently sponsor visas of any type

Applications must include:
  • E-mail Address
  • Dean's Letter
  • Medical School Transcript
  • Personal Statement
  • Board Scores
  • Minimum of two Letters of Recommendation
  • ECFMG certificate, if international graduate
  • Photograph

    Competitive candidates will be notified and invited for a personal interview through E-mail. Interviews will be scheduled October through January.

    PGY-II Positions: Please contact us for availability. Residents requesting advanced placement must include a letter from the director of your current residency program and two letters of recommendation from current references. Your information will be kept on file and you will be contacted if an opening is available.
