Outpatient Infusion Services
Cancer treatment may require the administration of chemotherapy and/or blood transfusions.
Sometimes this is done in the medical oncologist's office and sometimes it is done in Outpatient
Infusion Services. Outpatient Infusion is staffed by experienced chemotherapy-certified oncology
nurses. The suite offers either private treatment rooms or comfortable lounge chairs in a bright,
cheery area.
Services include:
- Chemotherapy infusion
- Non-chemotherapy infusion
- Blood transfusion
- Phlebotomy
- Line care

A physician referral is needed to access outpatient infusion services. Once your physician has faxed
your orders, you or your doctor can call 480-882-4703 to schedule an appointment.
Insurance coverage varies and will be determined on an individual basis. A financial counselor is
available to assist you with evaluating your needs and verification of insurance coverage for services.
