A cancer diagnosis comes with questions, uncertainty and concern. You want personalized attention, and help with understanding what options are available.

Scottsdale Healthcare’s Cancer Care Coordinators are experienced registered nurses with advanced practice expertise in oncology. Their intimate knowledge of the cancer resources available through community physicians, university faculty, bioscience researchers, clinical trials and support services help meet each individual’s needs in a meaningful way.

You’ll get accurate information to help make informed decisions about your care or the care of a loved one.

Services include:

  • Information and referrals to physicians, treatment services and support programs.
  • Communication with your physicians, case managers and others.
  • Help with coordinating and scheduling tests.
  • Resource materials and education.
  • Follow-up and support for you and your family.

  • Understand the treatment plan your doctor is prescribing.
  • Find answers to medical questions about your diagnosis.
  • Help coordinate a care plan or access available resources.
  • Learn more about the cancer treatment, research and support services available through Scottsdale Healthcare.
