Home Health Services

Home Health Services are available and can be arranged seven days a week, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. For more information or assistance, contact the Intake Care Coordinator at 480-882-4222. An answering system will take your call after business hours.

Staff members from Scottsdale Healthcare’s Home Health Services make personal visits to patients’ homes to make sure they are safe, secure and taking good care of their health. Home Health Services include nursing services, physical therapy services, occupational health services, speech and language therapy services. Other services include medical social services, home health aides, personal care companion and nursing aide services, and home blood draws and home safety evaluations.
