Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center

Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center at Scottsdale Healthcare

Scottsdale Healthcare provides care and guidance for all cancer patients and their families. In this way, we personalize health by offering the services of a Cancer Care Coordinator, an oncology-trained nurse who guides patients through cancer care and treatment. In addition, high-tech treatments like radiation oncology and Novalis Shaped Beam Surgery help Scottsdale Healthcare take care of you on your cancer journey.

The Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center at Scottsdale Healthcare was dedicated on Dec. 6, 2001. Since then it has become known throughout the southwest for its innovative combination of community oncology services, academic medicine and genomic research.

It is now a clinical research site for TGen and home to the Scottsdale Clinical Research Institute, TGen Clinical Research Services, Arizona Cancer Center Cancer Prevention and Control researchers, and nursing research chairs from Arizona State University and the University of Arizona.
