Prepaid Tuition:

Scottsdale Healthcare now offers its staff members up-front tuition payment for those enrolled in college courses leading to professional certification, licensure or ability to practice in clinical areas. The innovative program relieves employees from using out of pocket money for tuition payments. 

You can work in any position, part-time or full-time, earn benefits and advance your career at Scottsdale Healthcare. It's a wonderful opportunity for staff to move up in the organization and provide the potential for greater economic security.

Scottsdale Healthcare will provide up to $5,250 in tuition assistance each calendar year for eligible staff. Applicants to the program must meet eligibility requirements and work at least 16 hours per week. Participants must maintain a grade of "C" or better in all classes to continue in the program. Reimbursement for required textbooks, also is available. 


Up-front tuition payment is available in three areas:


Applies to any full- or part-time student enrolled in an eligible nursing track program,in pursuit of NA, LPN and RN progression of education. Department Managers may arrange the work schedule around the class schedule, but is not required. Staff members may be full-time or part-time employees and can be participating as either a full-time or part-time student at a qualified school.


Applies to any full- or part-time staff member enrolled in a healthcare (patient care) career education program for a position we utilize within our facilities. Can be either a full or part time student at a qualified school.


Department Manager commits to working around the student's class schedule. Applies to either part-time of full-time eligible staff. Can be pursuing any two or four year degree at a qualified school as either a full- or part-time student.
