Our Clinical Team
The physicians in BreastHealth are radiologists that specialize in mammography.
Female technologists perform all procedures. The Center also offers two waiting areas—one for family and friends and another exclusively for gowned patients. Women are invited to schedule an exam or stop in to use the extensive library.

Imaging Services Include:
Mammography
Scottsdale Healthcare is the first hospital in the Valley to offer full-field digital mammography (FFDM) as well as low-dose film screen mammography services, which includes screening and diagnostic mammograms. We also offer computer-aided detection for all screening studies using R2/CAD technologies.
Scottsdale Healthcare is now a Softer Mammogram Provider for our patients who want a mammogram with less discomfort. The FDA-cleared foam cushion, called MammoPad®, creates a softer, warmer mammogram. The Softer Mammogram will change the way you feel about mammography.
Breast Ultrasound
An important diagnostic tool using sound waves to detect changes in breast tissue.
Breast Biopsy
A small amount of tissue is withdrawn through a needle and sent to the lab for diagnosis. This is a less invasive technique which may possibly eliminate the need for a surgical breast biopsy.
Ductogram
Testing used to identify the cause of nipple discharge.
