Readiness Skills Sustainment Training Program
The Readiness Skills Sustainment Training Program is designed to respond to the needs of military medical personnel. The program is flexible to prepare military medical personnel for the injuries and equipment used on the battlefield and in domestic disaster response. Your feedback will help improve the program’s processes and procedures.

Arizona Burn Center
The Arizona Burn Center in Phoenix Arizona is the only nationally verified burn center in the state of Arizona. The burn team is committed to caring for critically injured adult and pediatric burned patients in the acute and rehabilitative stages. Our commitment also includes educating others on providing care for the thermally injured patient. We are proud to be invited to participate in the Scottsdale Healthcare Military Training Program.
Thank you for coming to the Arizona Burn Center and being part of the burn team. Our goal during your clinical rotation is that you received current research based, accurate educational information and actual hands on training.
In order to assure your goals are also being met we would greatly appreciate your helping in completing the attached survey. It has only 12 questions and should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes to complete. This study has been deemed exempt by the Institutional Review Board of Maricopa Medical Center.
