Scottsdale Healthcare offers four convenient locations for your therapy services needs. Call one of our convenient locations to schedule an appointment during our extended hours, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. 

Most new patients are scheduled within 48 hours. Our administrative staff will assist you in obtaining insurance verification and prior authorization, as well as information on provider and out-of-network expense information if needed.
