Scottsdale Healthcare Home Health offers McKesson TeleHealth Advisor, a remote patient monitoring program that includes the Health Buddy appliance and more than 30 disease management programs. 

The Health Buddy appliance is easy to use and provides significant benefits to patients such as:

• Tracks and Supports Patient Compliance 
• Helps Patients Learn to Better Manage Their Disease 
• Identifies Opportunities for Proactive Intervention

TeleHealth remote monitoring services are available and can be arranged seven days a week, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
