Ultrasound Department
Scottsdale Healthcare Ultrasound Department is a multi-modality imaging center, staffed with Registered Diagnostic Medical and Vascular Sonographers.
The Ultrasound Department is accredited by the American College of Radiology. The department is equipped with the newest state of the art Ultrasound units available.
Services provided include:
- Abdomen
- Female Gynecology
- Obstetric imaging including 1st trimester through 3rd trimester pregnancy
- High- risk Obstetrics
- Neonates
- Breast Health
- Testicular
- Prostate
- Transrectal
- Invasive procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, and biopsy.
The Ultrasound Department also performs Vascular Ultrasound examinations such as Extracranial Doppler, lower and upper extremity venous Doppler, TIPS, viscerovascular Doppler, and pseudoaneurysm thromboembolization.
