Directions For Release
Of Radiology Images 

The results of your procedure will be electronically available for your physician, usually within a 24 hour period. If your physician requests you to bring your images to your next appointment, please call Medical Records at :

Medical Records will prepare your images for release. Please inform Medical Records personnel during your initial contact where you would like to pick up your images. Please bring a photo ID when picking up your images. Medical Records is unable to release any information without proper identification. If you are sending a representative to pick up your images, you must sign a medical release authorization. Your representative must also have proper identification.
