The American Heart Association, in collaboration with national organizations dedicated to women’s health, have released new life-saving guidelines for the prevention of heart disease. In addition, Jan Turner, Registered Dietitian, Scottsdale Healthcare Shea Medical Center Cardiac Rehabilitation, will present on heart healthy eating including chocolate, grapes and spices.
A special chocolate and grape tasting will follow lecture.
