Heart Health Evaluations | March 31 | 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.,To educate women and men 20 years or older on heart disease. The evaluation will help patients understand the risk of heart disease and which steps to take to protect your health. Patients will get their fasting lipid profile, glucose, and blood pressure checked. Also, measure waist circumference and calculate body mass index. Patients will be referred to cardiologists on staff if someone is high risk. Patients must be fasting 10 hours prior appointment time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call (480) 882-4636 to cancel or reschedule. Appointments are required and fees are due at time of registration.
